Kim Chevez- CEO

Property Manager

Kim brings an incredible background in organizational business process and project management to the table. Her attention to detail and ability to keep projects on time and on budget make her in invaluable part of the development team. More importantly, she runs the day to day operations of CAZA  Property Management, which currently manages 250 rental units in VA and MD.  Kim prides herself in being customer centric and focused on solving her clients real estate needs. She is also a certified maintenance and repainting lead paint supervisor for both commercial and residential properties.



Rob Chevez :

Robert Chevez & Co.  - Sales and Leasing.

  • Rob has been a resident of Reston Virginia since 2002 and knows the Reston and Washington DC Metro area intimately - this in turn provides you an expert with superior market knowledge to help sell or buy a home.
  • He has been an active real estate investor since 1998 - He currently owns and manages 200 rental units with his wife Kimberly.  This means that when you chose Rob and his team you are getting the mindset and experience of an agent / investor.  This has translated into millions of dollars in revenue and value for his clients, partners and friends.
  • Being the son of a U.S Foreign Service Officer gave him the privilege of living in some pretty cool countries - Australia, Jamaica, El Salvador, Mexico, Costa Rica and Argentina. His background is as diverse as our local area which has allowed him to connect with the community.
  • He graduated with a degree in Psychology from American University with a strong emphasis in business. This experience laid the foundation for his "client first approach".
  • Division 1 College Wrestler/Conference Champion/ Team Captain. Rob is a fierce competitor and when you select him and his team his only goal is to "Win" for you.
